Pricing and Fees

Fees:

Assessment session (up to 75 minutes): £85

Therapy sessions (up to 60 minutes): £80

Therapy sessions (up to 90 minutes): £105

Sessions can take place via telephone or secure video call. I currently have no face to face availability.

I offer an optional, free, 15-minute telephone consultation before booking an assessment. This is to ensure that the therapy is a good fit for you.

Supervision is charged at £60 for up to 1 hour, or £85 for up to 1.5 hours.

Insurances and Intermediaries

​I am an approved provider for certain health insurance companies and intermediaries including AXA, Aviva, Vitality, PLE Health and ThinkCBT. This list will grow as my service develops.

If you are seeking therapy under an insurance plan, please ensure that you have authorisation before booking any appointments. 

Things to consider

I work with individuals from 17 years and above.

As an independent practitioner, I am unable to work with clients with high levels of active risk. I am unable to provide crisis support outside of our sessions and would encourage you to contact the following:
